Mowing Route Density

Built by a lawn guy, for lawn people.

Mowing Route Density started with a simple frustration anyone who has run a mowing crew knows: you spend half your day driving. Crews criss-cross town all week, passing each other’s customers on the way to their own. Those scattered accounts quietly drain every lawn business — in fuel, in truck wear, and in crew hours nobody can bill.

The fix is dead simple: trade the yards that don’t fit your route for ones that do. Same revenue, tighter routes, less windshield time. That’s the whole idea behind the swap board.

The story

This was built by a 30-year lawn-care veteran — three decades behind the mower — who finally set out to ship the idea he’d had since his very first season. He isn’t a software developer; he built the whole thing from scratch by working side-by-side with AI, in plain English, one feature at a time. If you’re reading this and you run a crew: it was made by someone who’s done your job.

Where we’re headed

The goal is to become the place lawn-care companies run their business around — routes, leads, equipment, and growth. We believe in being transparent about that ambition: we’re building toward $1 million in annual run-rate, at which point this becomes an obvious acquisition for a bigger player in the green industry. No smoke — just a clear plan.
